What do you think of Santa Maria's downtown revitalization goals moving forward?

It's about time! We've waited 21 years for this.
I'm not sure—let's see what the finished buildings look like.
Wrong buildings, wrong place—the city should build elsewhere.
I'm just glad the developments are not in my backyard.
