What do you think about the Coastal Commission's authority over Vandenberg/SpaceX rocket launches?

What authority? The Department of Defense can do whatever it wants.
The Coastal Commission should have some say in launch regulations.
Enforce the mitigations so I won't worry about evacuating from the beach!
Everything is fine and the commission's doing everything it can.
