What do you think about ExxonMobil withdrawing its application to replace pipelines 901 and 903?

It's frustrating! Environmentalists' efforts haven't paid off and Exxon's trying to operate its old pipeline.
It's expected. The Board of Supervisors should have approved the safety valves when it had the chance.
It's fine. ExxonMobil owns the pipeline and can operate its equipment within state and federal law.
It's bad news. I'm concerned about the future of our environment.
