How do you feel about Santa Barbara County helping Guadalupe recover from the January storms?

It's ridiculous that state and federal agencies said there wasn't an emergency and denied funding.
I'm proud of our county for stepping up in a way it hasn't before.
I'm glad we're making investments now, but I'm still worried about the long term.
